At PLM Health & Fitness we offer three tailored personal training options:


  • This four-week course consists of eight one-to-one sessions, designed to help a client structure a foundation routine. The course will ensure the basic principles of training, nutrition and recovery are understood and correctly implemented to suit your lifestyle and make the perfect start to your PLM membership. This course is especially recommended for first-time gym users or clients looking to improve knowledge of the correct techniques to suit your personal biomechanics.

PLM Health

  • A 12-week course tailored for a client wishing to focus on injury rehabilitation or improvements in general health. As a qualified GP Referral Consultant, Phil is able to deliver safe and effective training to accommodate a range of health-related issues that may affect a person's confidence in joining a gym and hinder their improvement.

Whilst Personal Training at PLM is preferably delivered as a course to ensure progression, single sessions are also available on request after an initial consultation. Whatever suits your needs, we can provide it.
