Sure, doing the same old exercises over and over can become mundane boring. That’s where I come in! Here are 25 fat burning dumbbell exercises and watch your body transform in the mirror.

If you are up for a serious challenge you can try this as a workout:
– Do 25 reps for all 25 exercises and time yourself
– I used 25 pounds for my workout but you should be using a weight where you can do all of the reps with proper form.
